Chiqui Rodriguez developed the Felicitas Model as a doctoral researcher at the University of the Philippines. Published through IEEE and presented at ICOIE Hong Kong, the model establishes the criteria by which creative work can be assessed for long-term value — going beyond subjective taste to measurable, reproducible signals. What this means when you resell
